Who we are
MOJO-CX® is operated by MOJO CX LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("MOJO-CX", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For personal data we process on behalf of our customers as part of the MOJO-CX service, our customer is the controller and we act as processor under a Data Processing Addendum.
Information we collect
- Website enquiries: name, work email, company, role and any details you provide when you book a demo, register interest or contact us.
- Usage data: device, browser and interaction data collected via cookies and analytics, where you consent.
- Customer conversation data: processed only on behalf of, and under the instructions of, our customers.
How we use it and our legal bases
- To respond to enquiries and provide the service (performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract).
- To operate, secure and improve our website and product (legitimate interests).
- For analytics and marketing where you have given consent.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can accept or decline analytics via the cookie banner and change your choice at any time.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our business (for example hosting, analytics and CRM), under contracts that require them to protect it. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@mojo.cx. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Customers processing personal data through MOJO-CX® can request our Data Processing Addendum, which sets out our role as processor, security measures and sub-processors. Contact privacy@mojo.cx to request a copy.
