MOJO-CX©, built by TMAC, is the first of it's kind. We believe that when contact centres unlock the potential of their agents with technology - amazing things happen.

It's why we've built unique software that helps brands and companies listen to their customers, act on their preferences and lean how to their coach agents to success - all whilst putting agents in the driving seat. They are, after all, the people who interact with customers most.

We've been on this mission since 2014 but you'll be joining us at an exciting time as we near series-A investment with lots of existing interest from big-named clients.

MOJO-CX© are looking for a Data Engineer to provide technical support to maintain client data pipelines into our product platforms.

what you'll do

  • Maintain build schedules so that pipelines run
  • Respond, Triage, and debug the pipeline when it is broken
  • Be part of a team responsible for deploying new features to the product platform
  • Reading code and writing code changes and/or modifying the monitoring set-up where necessary
  • Work with client teams to understand data transformations required

who you are

We don't expect applicants to tick every box, but level of experience will be a key differentiator.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be comfortable reading and writing code for ETL in Python
  • Have good technical ability with SQL (Postgres preferred, not essential)
  • Have a basic understanding of cloud concepts (AWS preferred)
  • Have experience supporting data pipelines and analytical platforms
  • Have good communication skills


Applicants must have a strong background in ETL/maintaining data pipelines. You will provide technical support to maintain client data pipelines into our product platforms. You should be technical, with passion for data and you’ll be comfortable with reading code to identify fixes and making changes. It’s also desirable for an applicant to have experience with manipulating audio files and have had exposure to transforming call centre data.

Whilst we support remote working, this role should be based out of Manchester or Nottingham.
